Formed in 1959. Discovering and Capturing material about fast changing Fareham and its immediate area. It works closely with Westbury Manor Museum.

Meetings of the Group take place on the Second Tuesday of the month, starting at 7:30.
At Westbury Manor Museum, West Street, Fareham.

Membership is £5 Double, £4 Single

Mrs Alice James, Founder of the FLHG and Editor of Fareham Past & Present, unfortunately in 2003 took a step back from her work for the Group. Meetings for 2007 will be organised by Ann Baxendall and the main editorial role of FP&P has been taken on by Pam Wenden.
